WTF!? another blue screen!? plz help!

Well i shut down my computer normally and then when i returned and booted it back up, after it passed the Windows Xp Home boot screen i got a blue screen that said this

and i have no idea what this means, and i checked the microsoft help website and they had nothing!, and i cannot start my computer, yet when i start it i can boot into safe mode but i do not know what i need to do in safe mode to fix this problem, please help me! thx so much in advance to anyone who trys to help~ if you need more info just ask!
