WTF?? Itunes crashed!

Now My Itunes wont open... I have removed it and Q-time and reinstalled twice and nothing.. I click the short cut ,or the program in the "ALL" list and after three seconds it says"Itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close"!!! Will you please help with this one!

Run your virus and anti-spyware stuff. Might have a virus.

Had a friend that had this happen to him. I went in and found all the little Q-time folders and all of his smaller folders and deleted all of them. After that I re-installed Itunes and Q-time and it worked. Here's the link for QuickTime 7.1.5 with iTunes for Windows 2000/XP: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

This worked for me. If your still having trouble you can always give the Apple guys a call.
