Halo came out! who else got it.
Went to place, Compucenter, ironicly Owner of the place was there
I am buying game, he comes up too me and asks. You big Halo fan?
I go sure...
Goes into back and returns, Gives me and friend eacha free copy of The Flood <halo novel>
Says to us, I have a limited quanity so i'm pickign and choosing who gets em
Anyway game graphics are awsome. Some inital problems that wheresovled by reinstalling Video drivers < same version that i had before> only my game crashes if i pick up a shotgun, but i'm sure thats a local problem.
Multiplayer, well rocks, CTF or King of the Hill or Slayer its fun as hell
So who else got it?

Halo was not stable on any of our four computers here. We had a Halo Fest this weekend (today too) and had to get the updates from the net and the no CD crack to get stability on all the computers. Both the Abit KT7's refused to run with Safedisk (the protection system), but ran fine when cracked.
Man do I suck at this game!
But I am really enjoying it!

game goign wierd. crashing if i pick up shotgun or Sniper rifle.... this isn't good :S

 

I got it asweel, but on this computer with the specs below i get no textures at all. Is there a patch I can get? and can anyone tell me where i can get the no cd, i have two comps.

 

ok i fixed the the textures by turning the MipMap to High quality. Now can anyone tell me where i can get a no cd for it.

If you start an online game Halo will update itself.

 

got it on X-Box already, played it a gazillion times, beat PC version within 9 hours.

Not worth it if you already own the XBox version of it imo.
