wthell did this suddenly show up and cause problems???

Hey There Folks!
I have a troubling issues\ that has just popped up out of nowhere,it seems there's a hpsetup that appeared out of nowhere on my wireless connections! :confused All of a sudden I'm not able to stay connected for very long,much less even get on my online game,it blocks access somehow or completely drops Me from the Internet!!! What can be done to get rid of the F..ing thing? I have googled it and not a damn thing seems to help!!!:cry There's some solution on how to delete it but it won't work as I can't even get to the properties,much less connect to the thing! I know My friend has no wireless router and none of our Neighbors have one that I know of rolleyes,I want to delete it from my wireless connections!!! Can some one please help I have a compaq Presario CQ 56 running windows 7 home premium...give instructions and I can do it myself,The one forum I found with removal instructions is for an XP os and the wording is different than what I have on the Windows 7.
I tried a get assistance from HP but My warranty has expired and they want MONEY to fix this,wtf they wouldn't even tell Me how to do it over the Phone!!!All the fool told Me was to look in my Start-up...SCREW that I have already spent the better part of 7 hrs trying to fix this with no success!!!

 

I understand your problem, not sure if this is the answer but it will not hurt to try if you can. If you can get to the control panel , uninstall programs, uninstall HP Setup Manager program . This program is the that is doing it, it is trying to set up wireless network for a printer you may or may not have. If you can believe that. Either way delete it if your not going to use printer , or go to program files, copy the file, store it on an external hd if it make you feel safer. So if you delete it and something goes wrong reinstall it.
