WUSB54G/Win2K Issue

I've searched around the fourms and have come up with nothing
that helps. Here is my issue:

I have:
OS- Win2K SP4
Network Adapter - WUSB54g v4
Internet - Cable

For some reason, Windows sees the card as disconnected and then
reconnected. This drops my connection and displays the "Eject" box.
I have updates drivers to try and stop this issue.
No luck yet.
Any thoughts on a way to stop this?

I can provide any other info if neccecary.

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers?

 

I have the latest Drivers from the Linksys website.
Still the same issue is occuring and has been on and
off for sometime.

Could it be the OS or is it the device?
