This is a bit wierd. AIM randomly sends me this message from different people all the time. I get like 1-3 a day and they all say
"Hey, me and my roommate are getting naked, you should come watch! www-Sweetie-ru-tf (replace the - with a Dot or period so you are able to go to the site, we'll be waiting for you "
I have roomates who use my computer on occasion, are they playing a stupid joke on me? this can't be spyware I've scanned with every program known to man. It's not a HUGE deal, I usually just warn the user and then add them to my block list. but it doesn't seem like the messages will ever stop.

On the other hand, your friends may be messing with you.....

Though, spam does come frequently with AOLIM. Which is why I don't use it much anymore....

ZoneLabs (makers of ZoneAlarm) do IM filtering software which might help.

IMSecure I think it's called.
