X10 setups

Hey there, once upon a time there was a member here that used to setup his X10 cameras for viewing holiday decorations around his house in FL. I forget his name but I was wanting to setup a similar webcam setup around our house to show the birds and other wildlife that frequents our abode. Does anyone know the member's name and/or just how to go about doing this and approximate costs? I want to do this as inexpensively as possible and with around 2 to 3 cameras around the place (preferably a cam in front yard, back yard and possibly our computers). I'm hoping to get this done for around $150 or less. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
