X360 Controller For W10 Keeps Blinking

    Got a brand spanking new X360 controller. Works fine, connects, and will play games no problem.

    I've uninstalled devices, rebooted, disconnected everything, used USBOblivion, rebooted, and no matter what...

    LIGHT ONE KEEPS BLINKING THREE TIMES.

    Is this just a "mask the controller/spray paint" kind of fix?
