X64 proccessing issues

My laptop i've had for two years honestly little to no programs installed on it no malware at all i've been told the issue could be one in regards to software.

my problem is im unable to multitask while playing a simple browser game(runescape) for example i cant play runescape and watch youtube video's i think it may have something to do with something i've installed

ombofix is saying is missing:

SFC /SCANNOW might repair the missing file if you have your Windows DVD to hand. An SFC tutorial is over at Caliban's site.
