X850XT Gfx Problems

I recently purchased a x850xt and I love the card but Im hvaing one problem with it. When I play any game the texture quality is high, but the models are all on low quality. But if I minimize out of say CSS and oc the card a little when I go back in game bam the models are high quality as well as the textures. I get the same fps, doesnt drop a bit. But if I oc the card before going in-game the models are still low quality. So whats the deal, eh?
