Xbox 360 question

    Ok. I just want to know something....those little spongy/sticky things under the mother board on 4 of those chips on a 360. What are they called? I want to know because I need to purchase some.

    It sounds like they're thermal pads, but i'm not so sure about the insides of a 360. Can you get a pic up? Make sure it's not too big
