I was wondering if somebody might know how to turn an XBOX 360 into a digital video recorder ?

OK this article is cool but how do I turn it into a DVR ?

 

1. First, you need the Windows Media Center 2005 OS
2. Then you'll have to follow the instructions here to install Media Extender
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/pcsetup/default.htm
Just scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Setup"
3. Make sure you have Window Media Connect from here

4. Then you must must upgrade to Update Rollup 2 via Windows Update.
