    Hello people,

I would like to copy an a website from one server to the other. Due to security reasons the webdesigner cannot have access to the server where I want the website to reside. I created a batch file that runs automatically every hour and updates the websites. But some pictures are not displaying and in some cases the background is missing. Weird...

How do I use the XCOPY command so that it is equal to COPY-PASTE action. Which works.

Here is what I have so far:

    xcopy "server6\Apps\E-Synergy WebSites\mysite4" "server8\mysite4" /Y /E /Q /G /R /K

    Thanks for the help...

pipe the xcopy command to a log and then you can view the reasons it is missing a file. It tends to abort on errors unless you use the /C parameter.
