xilisofy iPod Rip execution error -- PLEASE HELP!

Hey all,

Like so many I am new to this but from reading the forums I have picked up a few things. Right now I am having problems with the program referenced in the string title. In fact, I am having problems with a similar program as well: IMtoo iPod to PC transfer utility.

Whenever I run the program (zilisoft here but the same thing with IMtoo) with my iPod plugged in, it won run. I checked the software directory and there is an error log. More on that in a minute. If I unplug the iPod and start the program, it starts but when I plug the iPod back in the program shuts down.
Anyone have any idea what's wrong and/or how to fix this?

I am attaching the error log and my system summary in the hope that it will help resolve this issue. Thanks.

 

I consulted your problem and suggest you to check your application's version first,and, possibly, upgrade it to the latest version.At the same time you should make sure that you have installed itunes and your ipod could word normally in itunes. Because imtoo ipod to pc transfer is a assistant application to itunes, it could not work without itunes.
If all these could not resolve your problem,you could mail to their's tech-support mail support@imtoo.com, and ask for help.
