XML, how can I use it, practically?

    I am using the Avant browser, and it has XML feed options. I read about this as a kind of language on wikipedia.com, but there is alot of technical info that I don't really want to know.

    I notice too, that this site is listed in one of the folders, under my XML. How can I use XML for certain websites?
