I am looking for a utility to provide an automatic response on a desktop running XP Home. When the user, a quadraplegic, has the IPAQ on the wheelchair docked on the USB docking station, it activates Microsoft Activesync, to synchronize email, files, etc. The problem is that Activesync presents one or more options windows during the synchronization process just about every time that the IPAQ is docked. The window has three options (basically combine, overwrite or ignore) and the OK and Cancel buttons.

Because the quadraplegic cannot use the desktop, and has problems articulating clearly, a voice-recognition system and keyboard or mouse entry cannot be used. This results in errors during synchronization. The caregivers who dock the IPAQ are not computer literate.

Is there an XP utility to provide an automatic response (at its simplest, just a simulated "enter" key press, but preferably with a non-default option selected as well) when the particular window appears?

Any help very much appreciated. HP/Compaq and Microsoft were as helpful as you would expect!

All updates in XP, Activesynch version 4.1
