    Hi

I would as mentioned check for malware but just try this and boot into Safe Mode (F8 at boot) and see if this still happens?

If not then its possible its malware but also possible that a 3rd party application is causing this and usual suspects are your security applications (could be a context menu option *the things that show when you right click in a folder or on a file, but will cross that one when you have a malware all clear) so disable your security apps and see if its the same.

What security applications do you have installed, please name them all?

    Hi

You need to follow that guide that Novice posted as written and then start a new thread in the malware forum for the folks there to review, not all malware scanning applications will find everything, there are a few custom applications in that guide that need an experts eye to review whats in them. Below is the guide in a quick form for all the links.

Did you boot into Safe Mode?
Did you disable the security applications?

I did boot in safe mode and followed what was said in the link but the only thing found was tracking cookies and that was 25 and the were doubles. no I didn't stop any security measures.

Are you experiencing freezes in safe mode?

You may wish to get into msconfig and stop all non-microsoft processes and see if you still have freezes. Then add them back one by one until you find what is causing it.

    Yes.

EDIT: MGTools is not a malware removal tool. It just shows what all is on your system. You may want to attach it for us to look at.

I am not seeing anything in your logs to explain your issues. I think you still need to use msconfig to try to diagnose this issue.
