XP gets a blue screen when booting up!

    Hi,

    We have a computer here running XP Pro and when we try to boot it up it gets a blue screen, with the following error message:

    Technical information:
    *** STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005,0x8060AB13,0xF9AF19FC,0x000000)
    Beginning dump of physical memory

    Can anyone help?

    Sounds as though it could be the blue screen of death!

    have you tried booting in safe mode. If it boots in safe mode, then chances are it's a driver.
