XP Gigs

    My system takes up to 4 gigs of memory but the manual says that XP can't use 4 gigs. Does this mean that installing 4 gigs is wasteful?

    nothing you could do now would require that much memory, unless you have a bazillion programs running at once. If you're going for gaming performance, 2 gigs is great.
