xp home user controll issues

hey guys, im currently running win xp home sp2, and i cant get into the user accounts panel, not the one in the control panel, but the one in the management part. my computer is set to default log in as "user" which is what was the default user for this pc when i got it, i changed that account to "joshua". now thing is, w/ "user" typed in the login box(i have it set up like windows 2k) i can type in the password for "joshua" and it lets me log in as "joshua", and if i type "joshua" in the user box i can stll log in. in the CP user accounts all they have is "joshua"(set to admin) and guest(is disabled). now if i go to the system properties, and go to advanced and user profiles, it has this

now, is there any reason that im not able to get to the users panel in "computer management"(i know it from xp pro on a diff machine, and have seen it on afriends xp home media center)

and how can i remove that "user" and change the default to "joshua"
