XP ICS/ICF detection

I am setting up some host checking on an SSL VPN system that will validate several parameters that are required prior to remotely connecting to a corporate network. One of the settings I need to check is the ICF, making sure it is set to a secure mode, and to insure the ICS is disabled. I have successfully checked for ICS being disabled, but I cannot determine the process that will tell me the ICF is running. Can anyone suggest what process I can look for in this case?

In WinXP iCF/ICS is the same service/process. But maybe this link can help ya:
