   ok im trying to instal windows on my new build and im get 17% in loading and when it trys to install drivers.cab it freezes there. its a 3ghz p4 with 512ram, it can handle xp. its not the xp cd because it happens with 4 different copies of xp so far and its not the hard drive because i tried it on a new ahrd drive and had the same effect. please help with any ideas
