XP install stuck at 34 minutes

I have a motherboard with 2 serial ports and no onboard video. It didn't come with a graphics card in the pci slots either. I tried to use a PCI and an AGP card to show me video on my monitor and it does. However, when I actually get to installing windows, it stops doing its thing at 34 minutes. I don't have a manufactorers cd either. What do I do? The only things hooked up inside are the graphics card that I put in, a cd drive, and an ATA hard drive. It is a Pentium 4 processor on a gigabyte motherboard

 

Since no one has answered yet, can I take a hard drive with a fresh copy of winxp home installed on it from 1 motherboard and put it in the computer with the other motherboard and use repair winxp?

 

That works but it takes about six hours. It then gets to the next part of the installation where you type in the cd key and computer name but the screen to that is white and the whole computer lags ungodly. It says the cpu speed is 133mhz in cmos and when bios starts it says 2.53ghz.

 

When I have issues loading during the CD boot when it prompts to load storage drivers (or whatever) hit F7 to force the Standard HAL ...
Usually works but you have to push the power button to turn the PC off.
