XP issue Every Time I login my Laptop Reboot

    Hi every one:

    I need help from one of you. I have a laptop with windows XP proffessional and every time I try to login. The Laptop reboots.

    What could it be? I can not even run the Antivirus?

    Can you boot in safe mode? Did you install something, before it started to happen?

    I cannot boot in Safe Mode and I did not installed anything. I just got connected with a software called viewteam remotely.

    Do you think is a virus? Do you think is a virus that I got when I was connected remotely with this software?

    Explain a bit more about this software that you did not install but allows someone to control your computer remotely.
