XP loading problems

First, I was trying to delete files dealing with shopathomeselect and shop180. I had downloaded BAZOOKA shareware and was following the fixes. Then when I cut my computer on, it would only go to the 'blue' screen.

I tried to use my XP system disk to repair file.

Now it has tried to reload windows and it keeps getting stuck and rebooting. I get the message: the signature for D:/1386/OEMBIOS CAT is invalid. The error code is 80096019.
