XP Log In Question

I know there's a way to do this, I just don't know how.

Isn't there a way to bypass ANY windows login screen??? Like when we boot up the computer, it just goes straight to the desktop with all the icons.

Hi Guys, I am new to this Forum and I am having troubles first of all posting a new Post but I thought this was related to what I am having troubles with so thougth I would write here first if you dont mind.

I aquired a couple of Laptops at a Bankrupcy Sale of a company. The problem is that after bringing it back to my office I realized that the Laptops i bought run XP pro and they have log on passwords and domain passwords. Further the machines dont have a CDrom or Floppy disk to use any of the Hack programs I can down load. Does anyone know of any Hack progams that are of course free but can be done by Mem stick? I would like to access the computers and I dont want to ahve to get a SCSI CD rom and reinstall windows since both of these laptops have legit Windows XP pro in them already. Just want to reset passwords and clean up any remaining files. and start using as soon as possible.

Any suggestions?
