Here is how to get rid of the folders

    Description -
In a typical XP system the My Videos and My Music folders will be recreated if deleted from the My Documents folder. Here's how to delete them forever.

    Directions -
If you do not want the various subfolders such as "My Videos" and "My Music" from being recreated, just follow these directions.

    Disable --

    1. Click Start
    2. Click Run
    3. Type the following in the run textbox regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll
    4. Click OK

Some programs may take advantage of a few of the features in mydocs.dll. If you notice a program not working correctly, you can re-enable it.

    Enable --

    1. Click Start
    2. Click Run
    3. Type the following in the run textbox regsvr32 mydocs.dll
    4. Click OK

I do not take credit, it was a copy and paste job HERE
