XP Machine Issue

I've been tasked with repairing a 4+ year old Dell XP PC and I've run into a brick wall.

The computer was left on overnight but it seemed fine at first glance. After a restart Windows developed a fatal error and not it hangs and eventually crashes every single time I restart.

The error that pops up every time is:
STOP: c00021a [FATAL SYSTEM ERROR]
The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000020 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down

I tried booting into safe mode and the same error screen pops up.

I also tried booting from an XP reinstallation CD that was on file and it threw another error:
\i386\ntkrulmp.exe could not be loaded
error code 47872

I then tried to boot the XP CD from an external USB drive in case the CD drive in the tower was bad but that didn't work either. I suppose the CD could be bad itself but I don't have a second disc to try with at the moment.

I've done a few diagnostics and the computer's hardware seems to be fine, the HDD array checked out (both HDD's), I can get into the setup manager and BIOS, and Windows seems to be starting but it won't continue past a certain point.

I was looking for a way to create a bootable repair disc for XP but I haven't had any luck finding any of the iso files I need (though admittedly I've only been looking for about 45 minutes).

The computer runs MSE and it doesn't do much except run the browser and Autocad, it barely even has any files on it and only accesses files from the server which is running fine. I don't think there is a virus but I can't actually check so I have no idea. Any suggestions on other things to try would be amazing.

 

Just looking at the errors you have, I would suspect ram.

Especially if even a disc can't boot properly.
