XP MCE Audio Garbled other Audio OK

    MCE audio is garbled with Videos and music files. Windows Media Player plays everything just fine. Don't know when it quit as I have not used MCE for awhile.

    Audio is on an Intel board and is a Sigmatel STAC9220.
    PC is a Gateway GT5263E.

    Is there special Codecs for MCE?

    Would appreciate any help.
