XP phoning home?

ZAP stopped this attempt. First time it's happened. Program calling was Object 80002534 and 80001b18. Both objects have an invalid date and 0 KB in size. All auto updates are off, and Google shows nothing. What's going on? TIA

BTW I started Outlook Express when this occured.
