    I also run,
Spybot Search & Destroy newest version which comes up clean (always update
    before running)
Adaware the newest version which comes up clean (updated as well)
Due to Panda being iffy and not stable I installed a HOST file to replace the regular host file which has more blocking of parasitic sites. (this file now sometimes works and sometimes don't) Normally it blocks popup ad sites and those would be parasites that auto download. How do I know it sometimes works and sometimes don't? On my MSN site is an advertisement on all message boards. The Host file disables these ads. It is a daily route for me to visit this site.... sometimes those ads show up, this alerts me that the Host file is not working. I have also done an online scan of the entire system at Panda site as well as other online scans. These too comes up clean.

Stop Errors consist of many including Win32k.sys, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and many others.

The system randomly shuts completely down and reboots. It is not designated to a peticular event or movement or program nor does it matter whether I am online or offline. IE randomly closes to desktop. Desktop randomly disappears leaving only the background wallpaper this includes all icons and taskbar disappear. Panda randomly loses its Firewall protection or the Anti Virus Protection which I reboot to get those back.

I have set the MPS via Bios to 1.1 which the default shows it as 1.4 but I do only have one CPU.
All Hardware has been replaced except the CPU with new items. All hardware is compatible with my Motherboard. All software is compatible with Win XP Pro.
All windows updates have been done except changing to SP2. Reformatted to many times to count. Used other friends Win CD for new windows installments with no changes.

All drivers have been updated, no conflicts show up. I hope you can help solve my headache.
