Perchance I uninstalled the Nortel Contivity client and now the OS does not list network or wifi ports within the Network Connections list. The OS does recognize the on-board network adapter hardware with a (!) symbol and a list of others that have (X). I've checked and rechecked that the drivers for it (!) are current. I have tried the OS Network Wiz. and Connection Wiz., even the winsock fix solution but no joy. O wise ones, what could I do? Thanks, Loren

I have the restore CDs from Toshiba but am unclear if it is a reload session of the OS or a restore.
