xp pro "serious error"

    well a pic is worth a 1000 words .......I get this on every boot ..i just installed XP pro yesterday the system is 100% stable......specs : Athlon 950 512MB SDram pc133 MSI 6330 KT7 turbo also settings in some programs dont stick after reboot...
