XP Pro To XP ...Is this ok?

    Hi. XP Pro was installed in my computer but I am having problems installing (no windows installer can be found) and I can't download anything. I have the cd for XP-Home but not for XP Pro.....would it be all right to install the XP Home edition?

    You can't do a downgrade install from pro to home ...you need to wipe the harddrive first, before you can install xp home.
