xp problem

I get an error that looks like this everytime I turn my computer on. It does not seem to mess anything up, but I would like to get it off.

does it come up once you've logged on, or in the bootup sequence?

its spyware\trojan (http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/bridge.dll.html)

The first way I come across removing it...

There are other ways however, I am too tired, but following those steps should get rid of it...

it comes up in the boot sequence and will not let me remove in add/remove programs
