OK - I am running XP Professional. I was trying to change the appearance via Control Panel - Display - Appearance - Advanced, and only some of the changes took. The fonts changed as well as their colors, some of the menu colors changed - but the title bars, active and inactive, are still the standard XP Silver scheme. Here's the really wierd thing though........when I minimize or maximize my windows - the color scheme that I have set for the title bars appears as the window is moving. Why won't XP take the changes?

I had used Kazaa after the changes were supposed to have taken effect the first time (yes I have tried this like 10 times by now  ) and when I right clicked on a file to Pause or Resume - that menu's title bar was using the color scheme I had set. Am I missing something? I have tinkered with everything I can think of as well as tried various searches on Google and found nothing. Can someone please help? It's not that this is a die-er thing, it just really bugs me that I can't get it to work. The classic view colors change the way they are suppossed to - but when in an XP view the title bars just won't budge.
