'XP Quick Fix Plus' ?

    Looking for software repair help with XP (since unsupported etc).
    Using such as CCleaner, Windows XP Repair Install, etc, but always looking for a 'safe/good' alternative. :confused
    Anyone have any experience with 'XP Quick Fix Plus' from http://leelusoft.blogspot.com/search?q=XP+Quick+Fix+Plus ?
    Seems like 'freeware', and decent 'reviews' from various download websites.
    Thoughts ?
