Daughter tried to reinstall XP on a Toshiba A105 S4104 laptop with a Dell CD
She said the Toshiba supplied disks kept giving a WRONG MACHINE message.
Now when you try to boot the computer it will not go into ANY mode other than Windows setup and after it starts and collects information, it goes to the blue screen with the error of faulty driver/driver may be installed. Since you cannot get past this point to remove any drivers...we are stuck

    thank you

Thanks toke. I am not sure mine will get to the Toshiba disk now that its stuck in Windows setup then moves on to the blue screen. Worth a shot tho.
    ps.
no, my model was not listed there. your eyes are fine, or we are both blind..lol
