XP reinstall with known worm virus without Cd

Sorry for not running CCleaner first but the machine I am trying to rid of viruses won't run Firefox or IE so I can't download it.

It says when I boot it Antivir Guard pop-ups with W32/Ramnit.C and HTML/Drop.Agent.AB and now a TR rootkit problems all the time even though I completed a full scan with Antivir and spybot I still get pop-ups all the of time.

I tried TDSSserv Non-Plug & Play Driver Disable and starting my XP machine in safe mode but neither of these make me be able to start firefox or IE to download Ccleaner.

I have decided to run a reinstall after reading quite a few our of your threads as it cant be guarneteed that that my system will be safe afterwards. The problem is I dont have a windows XP CD and the info I have read is that my software shoudl be on my machine somewhere but I cant find the it. In i386 or the exe winnt32.exe.

So how do I reinstall XP ( I have my product code and serial key from a tool I downloaded.)
If I find my XP disk on my machine will it be safe to install it from there as the virus might have be there as well

You need to go through the steps here....

You must follow and try to do what is advised in the READ RUN ME FIRST for your OS version (XP). Post your logs and the Malware Experts will go over them for you..Please be Patient as they are very busy..they may be able to fix your machine without you having to to do a clean install.
As you say the machine that is infected will not allow you to download, use the machine you are posting on and copy all of the files that you need to a cd and then load onto the infected machine. If the Malware is too bad ......

You need to ask freinds/nieghbours or contacts on networking sites if they can lend you a copy of your OS install disc or buy one off MS/ebay,this MUST be the exact version that is installed on your machine or the windows key will not work. I would not try to attempt to reinstall from the files on your hdd as they could well be infected.
