   I have just reinstalled windows XP, the computer will not log on to xp now it just keeps rebooting. It wont even start in safe mode. What can i do

   have you just reinstalled or formatted and reinstalled? Are you connected to the internet? maybe picked up a virus before you had any antivirus protection installed.... just a thought.
