xp sp2

ever since i installed this ive been get errors - most common being gettin a blue screen mentionin about "memory dump" and "IQRL_NOT_LESS_BUT_EQUAL" or something this seems to happen ehrn i send or recieve files over MSN -- also i get signed out off MSN and internet stops workin altho it says im still connected - then when i discoonect and recoonect again i can sign into MSN and the net works again however it does this a few times b4 it stops happening can anyone help??
