xp sp3

Hi to all.:major
Have a bit of a problem with Microsoft updates. First of all my pc will not install i.e. 7 and im having problems with the sp3, it updates and gets halfway through the installation then says error sp3 could not install,etc
A bit of help needed please guys and girls. Would be much appreciated. And keep up the good work,

Check for downloads/updates at Dell & Microsoft if you didn't prior to attempting to update to SP3.
