Xp Task Bar issue

    Goldenskull I can't follow the rules

    Just did a fresh install of Xp 64bit.My issue here is the Taskbar way at the top of the screen.I have tried all the ways i remember on how to drag it back down but it will not allow me to move it back down to the bottom.I hate it at the top very annoying.:cry

    I did a full format of all my drives.

    Never mind i finally got it was a Display properties issue that caused the task bar to go up to the top.
