[XP] Theme Service Error2

    When I try to put a different theme on it says that the theme service is not on, but then when I go to turn it on it gives me an error saying that it couldn't start up on the Local Computer. It gave me Error 2.
    The complete message was:
    "Could not start the Themes service on Local Computer

    Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"

    I really need help because I'm stuck with the stupid windows classic theme. I also tried to a sfc /scannow with no sucess.
