XP Update BIG Problem - Help!! Please!

    Hi All..
    March 22 2009 update problem.As seen in the pic in this linkhttp://img3.imageshack.us/img3/5515/xpupdateprob22mr09.jpg,
    the update icon is still in my system tray with the same update after numerous installs.How can I fix this please?
    This is the first time this has happened.
    I am using a legal version of XP home with SP3.

    Quick thought and question, have you rebooted yet? as some updates need a reboot to finalise the install.

    Thanks for the help guys.
    I broke down and phoned microsoft :-o and they actually game me instructions on how to fix it.It worked!

    PS:Rebooting didn't help.
