xp upgrade more $ than "full" version

    why is the xp upgrade version more $ than the "full" version?

    Wish I lived where you do :)

    -when I went to buy XP Pro there was an almost 300$ difference between XP Pro, and XP Pro Upgrade.
    My suggestion: grab up the 'non upgrade version' before the retailer reallises their mistake.

    Hmmm, your right from where I just looked, never noticed it before because XP came with my machines.

    Wow... just checked the MG pricegrabber page (as I am sure MA did too..)

    and yep... true for both the XP Pro and Home versions...
    the upgrade costs more...
    Go figure?!?!
