XP user settings in safe mode

Hi,
when my XP loads up i get the welcome screen prompting me to choose a user setting, (there are four for the the four people in my house), which is fine. When I've loaded up my settings and access the hard drive and open the folder Documents and Settings there are the four user accounts and another one called Administrator (not sure if this is supposed to be there). Anyway, I need to run spyware in safe mode in all user settings but when i run safe mode i only get the option of opening under two user settings, one my dad's, and one called Admistrator. Anyone know how i can get the other user settings to open in safe mode? (Also, all our four user settings are set as administrators)

I haven't had my morning coffee and cigarette yet, but that is typical with safemode. First question that I have is, of the four accounts which ones are administrators? Usually (if my memory serves me well this morning) only admin accounts have the ability to gain access to safemode. Also, the administrator account is a "hidden account".

User accounts that do not have administrative privileges are not listed on the Welcome Screen. Users with Standard or Limited account types do not have access to start in Safe mode.

The Administrator account by default is a hidden account and only apears on the Welcome Screen in safe mode.

Log into an account with administrator rights and reset the user privilages on the User Accounts that aren't displaying.
