XP Welcome Page user icon and its dimensions

    Hi.

    I've been searching for quite awhile on this, but to no avail, probably just because my Google-fu is weak.

    I was wondering if anyone is aware of a way to change the dimensions (I want it at 100x100) of the icons displayed beside each login account on the Windows XP Welcome Screen.

    P.S. I really like the AJAX similar threads that pops up on the new thread page when you enter your thread title. I'm going to have to try to find out if I can get the instructions to implement that on my own forum.
