XPLite - How to reinstall

After uninstalling something with XPLite how can a person reinstall that component. XPLite says you can reinstall back to the original XP version.

If you have system restore on.Then it will be easy as going to the add/remove components in the programs and checking the boxes next to the components you removed and clicking next.Else you will have to provide the files it requires.

 

I'd love to know more details of how to do this. I do have System Restore on. XPLite did create a restore point for me. I was able to restore back to where the machine was before I removed a component of XP. Where can I find the add/remove components to check the boxes? I don't want it to restore the same files and registry entries that were installed. I do want to install the same components from the original XP CD along with their required registry entries as though they were installed in the original install of XP. How can I find out what files were removed so I can provide the files it requires? I'd like to find out how to do this.
