Yahoo mail freezes.

    When I use my address book in Yahoo mail,, and insert address's, it freezes my computer for like 5-10 minutes.
    Generally this is when I am forwarding something. Just started it about a month ago. Ran spyware and virus, but it shows nothing.
    I use XP and have 2 gigs ram. Memory should not be a problem.
    Thoughts?
